The side, which is captained by former NSW Blues squad member David Dawson, contains some of the brightest talent on the Sydney grade cricket scene, as selectors look to the next generation of Blues stars.
This will be Larkin's first Futures League game for three years.
He is part of a successful Sydney University side and the right-hander has been prolific so far this season, scoring 580 runs at an average of 48.
This includes an innings of 133 last Saturday against Northern Districts.
Larkin played with Taree West at junior and A-grade level along with the Manning First X! before linking with Sydney University after finishing Year 12.
