Eight clubs will now contest the 2014 premiership.
Camden Haven officials made the decision at training on Tuesday night.
Only three under 18 players attended the session.
Group Three's management will now revamp the draw for 2014 and this will be put to a general committee meeting next Wednesday for ratification by the clubs.
However, Group Three secretary Barrie Smith confirmed the date for the grand final will remain Sunday September 14.
Further details will appear in Friday's Times.
