A teenager has died in hospital after a serious crash at Crowdy Head last week.

About 3.20pm on Saturday, March 10, a Nissan Pulsar was travelling south on Crowdy Head Road, Crowdy Head, when it left the road and collided with a tree.
The driver, a 17-year-old male, suffered concussion. He was taken to Port Macquarie Hospital for a mandatory blood and urine sample.
A 17-year-old male passenger suffered life-threatening head injuries.
He was airlifted to John Hunter Hospital where he died about 4pm on Friday, March 16.
Officers from the Mid North Coast Crash Investigation Unit are continuing to investigate the crash and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.
