The 2018 Black Dog Ride Taree 1 Dayer attracted 75 bikes for the ride around the Manning and Great Lakes.
Organiser Mike Hudson said the ride took about three and a half hours to complete.
“It was a big and successful day,” Mr Hudson said.
“We thought it was a bit too long so we’ll cut back next year.
A committee is set to be formed before next year’s ride to allow for more planning and delegation.
It is set to include Port Macquarie based people.
Mr Hudson thanked the State Emergency Service for providing an emergency vehicle for the day.
“We only suffered one breakdown at Pacific Palms,” Mr Hudson said.
Mr Hudson expected the ride helped raise about $2,000 but a final count has not yet been made.
The funds will be used to assist Lifeline and mental health services.
“It makes me feel good, real Aussie pride,” Mr Hudson said when asked what it meant to help these organisations.
Thousands of people took part in Black Dog rides across Australia.
