Since making his NRL debut with the Roosters in 2016, 20-year-old Mitchell has scored 29 tries in 48 appearances.
“I’m very proud to represent the Roosters.
The club means a lot to me, and I’m learning so much from Robbo, the coaches and senior players around me, so I’m glad that I’ll continue to be part of the team here,” Latrell said.
The Roosters also announced the extensions of Joseph Manu and Nat Butcher.
Roosters recruitment manager Adam Hartigan was pleased to have the trio locked in to the club’s long-term plans.
“In their own right, Latrell, Joey and Nat are outstanding young men. Their work ethic precedes them and they are terrific contributors to the Roosters both on and off the field,” said Hartigan.
“Their best football is still ahead of them, and its great news for the Roosters to have Latrell, Joey and Nat locked in to the club’s long-term plans,” he added.
