Manning players in years five and six will join Hunter, Greater Newcastle and Lake Macquarie schools in the competition.
The competition is played in teams of three and uses the sets-play format.
In terms one and two, coaching and training is planned at each school’s local participating bowling club.
A prize pool of $2000 has been allocated to the primary school competition
Teams representing their respective school will enter the knock-out phase in term three, hopefully progressing to each district final series that will be held on Monday, October 22.
District winners will progress to the regional final, that will be held at Raymond Terrace Bowling Club on Monday, November 12.
