The life-sized horned animal usually sits on top of a shipping container at the entrance of the new housing estate, Bullocks Run.

Police believe the bull was rustled away under the cover of darkness on Saturday night.

Forster police are appealing to any member of the public who may have any information of the whereabouts of the big bull.
