A critical care medical team was flown to a Bunyah property on Sunday evening (December 10) where it was believed a tractor had rolled on a 45 year old man.
It was reported that the man had suffered serious injuries.
Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service anticipated that once the man was stabilised, he would be transported to the John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle.
The helicopter service also attended an accident at a property at Moppy Creek east of Barrington Tops in the National Park earlier on the Sunday.
A winch rescue was required to retrieve an injured 56 year old man after a motor bike accident.
