What a smile: Ruby can't wait to be adopted from Manning Valley Animal Rescue by an active family with older children who will keep her fit.

This sweet redhead is Ruby, a red heeler cross of about eight months old. A happy, playful girl that just loves being chased, she will steal a toy just so she can get you to play with her.

She will need a home with an active family, and will love a walk and a run at the beach or at the dog park. It would be best if she was adopted into a family with older kids due to her exuberant play.

Ruby has been learning well at obedience class and is getting the hang of her crate training. She would also benefit by having another dog around to play with and use up some of her energy.

Kempsey Pound rescued Ruby and she is now with Manning Valley Animal Rescue. All her vet work has been done. Her adoption fee is $250, so if she is the dog for you, call 6553 7244 for more information.
