Manning Great Lakes police have confirmed 87-year-old Shirley Dean has been located alive and well.
At 12.40pm on Tuesday, October 24, Ms Dean was located in a nearby house by the dog squad.
She was taken to Manning Hospital for treatment and observation.
Police thanked members of the public and State Emergency Service volunteers for their assistance.

Police from Manning Great Lakes Local Area Command are seeking help from the community to locate a woman missing from a retirement home in the Taree area.
Shirley Dean, aged 87, was last seen about 8.45pm on Monday, October 23 at her home on River Street, Cundletown.
Staff of the facility conducted a search of the home however Ms Dean was not located.
Police were called about 11pm and a full scale search of the home and surrounds was conducted without success.
Local State Emergency Service volunteers assisted in the search that widened to an area including a river that runs through the rear of the property.
The search was suspended late last night and resumed early this morning including the Police Dog Unit and Polair.
Ms Dean is described as being Caucasian appearance, 164cm tall, with a slim build, grey hair and wearing glasses.
She was last seen wearing a nightie, pink slippers and possibly carrying a green clutch purse.
Police and family hold grave concerns for the welfare of Ms Dean as she is suffering from a number of medical conditions.
