Congratulations to Donna Ballard and her wonderful team of hard-working volunteers. The planning, promotion, organisation and attention to detail is acknowledged with great respect.
The Akoostik Festival can truly be hailed as event-led tourism in the Manning Valley.
The influx of many visitors generates a significant economic boost to the local area.
At the same time, the festival provides a safe and creative environment for local residents and visitors to get together and have fun. What a winning combination!
These things do not just happen. It takes an enormous amount of hard work.
