Dr Jay was stabbed 11 times and doused in petrol inside her Port Macquarie home by an obsessed stalker she had dated briefly after meeting on Tinder late last year.
The 70th anniversary will take the form of an afternoon tea at Club Taree. Funds will be raised for the White Ribbon campaign against domestic violence.
Quota’s theme for 2017 is ‘Step by Step Together’.
