Her love of singing began at a young age.
Growing up in Taree, Lauren started her singing tuition at age four with renowned and now retired singing teacher Valerie Audet and regularly participated in the vocal section of the Taree Eisteddfod.
Lauren’s first stage musical was in 1995 at age 13 when she played young Eponine in Taree Arts Council production of Les Miserables. She also appeared in the organisation’s Fiddler on the Roof in 1997 and Anything Goes in 2007.
After completing high school Lauren sought further musical education at the Newcastle Conservatorium of Music.
Upon her return to Taree, she commenced a position as primary teacher at the Manning Valley Anglican College, where she is involved with teaching performing arts.
Lauren has always had a love for singing and musical theatre and looks forward to being involved in more local productions as well as mentoring others.
