The seminar, which will be free to the public, will have information about practical memory strategies and brain training.
Learn how to sleep, exercise, and challenge your brain. Nutrition and depression can effect your memory, cognition and the risk of dementia.
There will be a number of guest speakers talking at the seminar, including Professor Sharon Naismith, Dr Loren Mowszowski, Dr Catriona Ireland, Dr Meredith Hinds, and Dr Shantel Duffy.
The seminar will start at 9am, and will run through to 2pm, and will have morning tea and lunch included.
