This verse was composed by motor mechanic Bruce Weller, in celebration of 55 years of marriage to Margaret Watts.
The pair married on September 15, 1962, at Methodist Church in Taree.
Margaret is a telephonist at Quandiala, Yass and finally Taree exchange. Her parents owned the Chatham Motel.
Bruce is the eldest son of Les and Doreen Weller of Modern Motors Nabiac, a business which has been in the family for 70 years.
