The Marriage Equality Regional Road Trip stopped off in Taree on Friday, September 15 as part of a ‘yes’ campaign for the Australian Marriage Law Postal Survey.

The road trip has visited a number of towns, including Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Coffs Harbour and Armidale, and was designed to provide assistance and encouragement for people to complete the survey.
A key factor of the trip was to create a regional focus on marriage equality and to reinforce that the survey is not just a matter for capital cities.
