A fish of 20kgs was caught on Saturday night followed by a dozen fish in in the 5kg range on Sunday night.
Since then four fish to 16kgs have been landed by anglers fishing the slack water at high tide. Simone Westren, Aaron Billingsley along with Glenn Lambert have all landed good sized fish in the past week fishing from Harrington wall.
There are still a few bream to be caught from the wall on yabbies and mullet strips.
Luderick are biting well during the day on green weed.
Some flathead have shown up in the backwater, but the most numbers of fish have been caught up-river.
Tailor have almost disappeared from the beaches and headlands and we will have to wait for the Christmas choppers.
Outside anglers have been scoring good snapper from all grounds and flathead on the drift.
