Harrington Evening VIEW Club celebrated its 26th anniversary with a “Miss World Contest”.
And the winner was... “Miss America”, with what has been described as a “great performance”.
Some of the other Miss World contestants thought they should have won. It was very hard for the judges, Delta, Boy George and Mel B.
However there was a problem at the end of the night, the club couldn’t find the “Miss World” trophy. It was thought maybe one of our Miss World contestants put it in their bag by mistake, although Miss Scotland and Miss Spain were seen fighting over it .
Ninety guests attended and they all joined in the fun. They came as Miss World contestants and were judged. They received a lovely trophy too.
Harrington Evening VIEW Club is part of The Smith Family. The Smith Family is a national charity helping young Australians in need to get the most out of their education, so they can create better futures for themselves.
