Cliff Hoare, from Harrington, had a distinguished and decorated career in the police force, receiving the “Police Commissioner’s Commendation”. He grew up on the family sheep and cattle station at Walcha, was a councillor on Baulkham Hills Council and is now on the Harrington Crowdy Head Chamber of Commerce as well as Marine Rescue.

Ian “Elvis” Davis, is a hot rod enthusiast, licensed coach builder and owner of RodBods at Nabiac. Ian deals with government agencies at a high level and understands the art of negotiation. He loves helping people and has gained a reputation as having a fair dinkum can do attitude.

Alacoque Welsh, a businesswoman from Tea Gardens, has served 12 years as councillor on Tamworth City Council, including a term as deputy mayor. She was on the board of Directors Australian Limousin Cattle Society and served on the board of the Australian Olive Association.

Stephen Moy, a businessman from Tuncurry (Dorvik), has solid business and managerial expertise. As a hands-on fabricator, he developed a niche market for steel products creating jobs for locals. He understands the importance of attracting economic development to the region and how council red tape can paralyse business opportunity.

Ronald Craig, After receiving his Bachelor of Teaching/Design and Technology Degree in 2006 he took a teaching position at Taree Christian College. Ronald led youth groups at several churches. Now residing in Wingham, he has performed with the Mid Coast Entertainers.

Arthur Baker from Bulahdelah runs Bakers Towing and Automotive and understands first hand the importance of good roads and bridges. Along with others, has been the driving force behind the Lions Park and the RV friendly status of the town. He is working to establish an adventure park near Bulahdelah Mountain and was awarded an OAM for service to the community.
