That’s why we’ve extended the deadline to apply for grants from the North Coast Regional Jobs and Investment Package by two weeks until 5pm, August 15.

NAPLAN Results
The latest NAPLAN results from across the country reaffirmed NSW’s position as Australia’s education leader, but also provided a mixed bag.
We saw a 1.15 per cent increase in reading scores across the state since last year, an increase in numeracy scores of 1.27 per cent, and an increase in writing scores of 0.48 per cent across all year levels.
Despite this, NSW has shown no significant change over the past year. It’s why we’re calling for your help with the Coalition government’s education review.
With such amazing schools and talented teachers across the Mid-North Coast, we’re extremely well placed to provide important insight into how the extra $3.7 billion in Gonski funding can be spent.
