Pam works with overseas churches and community groups and the people and projects they support.
Based in Melbourne, she travels interstate in Australia, bringing first-hand accounts of the work.
In India and in some islands north of Australia more than 10,000 new cases of leprosy are reported each year.
However, leprosy is being cured, its effects and stigma are being lessened, poverty is being overcome and lives are being transformed. Christian love is extended to all sufferers.
Last December Pam was in Nepal. In her forthcoming visit she has chosen to talk on "The story of a father's love - Nepal" .
Pam has visited Taree several times, charming audiences and winning friends. Members expect a very interesting afternoon.
Fine music will be provided by Dale Kydd-de Pyper and Peter Stevenson. And as usual there will be an offering and a delicious afternoon tea.
The function will be held in the Taree Presbyterian Church, Albert Street, commencing at 1.30pm.
The auxiliary extends a welcome to all. Enquiries to auxiliary president, Phyll Smith on 6552 5556.
