The event is called ‘Mutts on the Manning’ and is a community walk for dogs and their owner’s along the Manning River foreshore to raise funds for the rescue. Registration starts at 5.30pm, for a 6pm start.
Last year the event was called Light Up the Pavement, due to the light up collars and LED lights available at the walk.
Organiser Meaghan Lucas said the event will once again have LED lights for collars, which are included in the walk cost of $10.
“There was such a great atmosphere last year, we hope we can re-create it this year,” Meaghan said.
