Large branches litter Port Macquarie beaches with Town and Flynns beach closed.
Port Macquarie-Hastings Council is currently assessing the damage to beaches, playgrounds, reserves and roads.

It was a busy time for the NSW State Emergency Service. Across the MidCoast area they attended 120 calls.
Wingham and Gloucester bore the brunt of the flooding in the MidCoast region. Watch as the Barrington River rose under the Kia Ora Bridge near Gloucester.
Roads were ‘hammered’ across the Nambucca Shire with Gumma Rd and Riverside Drive two casualties of the heavy weekend rain.
