Health expo soon
Old Bar will have one event during NSW Seniors' Festival. The Old Bar Men’s Shed, with venue partner, Club Old Bar, is hosting their second annual Health Expo on Friday March 10 at Club Old Bar. It will be open from 10am to 12.30pm.
There will be guest speakers and over 30 exhibitors displaying their products and services which are available to the community, many with giveaways.
NSW Senior's Festival is from Friday March 3 to Sunday March 12 and this is likely to be the only event in Old Bar.

World Day of Prayer at Old Bar
World Day of Prayer is a worldwide ecumenical movement of Christians of many traditions who come together to observe a common day of prayer each year on the first Friday in March. It was formerly the Women's World Day of Prayer but now men are participating also. Join in the prayer service written by the women of the Philippines with the theme "Am I being unfair to you?" The service this year is hosted by the Uniting Church and will be held this Friday, March 3, at 7.30pm at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 18 Hall Street, Old Bar. Everyone welcome. Supper provided after the service. Enquiries to May Bailey 6553 3023. More info: www.worlddayofprayeraustralia.org
Invite your friends, family and communities of faith to join the women of the Philippines in prayer and song to support ecumenical efforts toward justice, peace, healing and wholeness.
The annual offering supports the work of the Bible Society and other interdenominational projects, and helps meet the needs of families in the Philippines and around the world who are victims of many forms of poverty, violence and injustice.
