The club’s brand and communications manager Paul Allan, was at parkrun to hand over a defibrillator to run director Marg Lewis before the start of the weekly 5km event on Saturday.
Club Taree’s community team also filled in volunteer roles for the day.
Medibank, one of parkrun’s national sponsors, donated water bowls to keep the parkrun pups hydrated.
Despite a hot morning 98 runners completed the event and there were six personal best times recorded.
Taree parkrun is held every Saturday starting at 8am at Endeavour Place.
