The speed camera vehicle will be stationed along Princes and Main Street in Cundletown through to Manning River Drive in Taree.
The camera has been added this month to join the existing vehicle on Wingham Road.
The Lakes Way at Bulahdelah and along the Pacific Highway at Tea Gardens have also had cameras added this month.
At Forster, existing mobile speed cameras cover Head Street, Macintosh Street and the Lakes Way.
Berkely Street, Church Street, Cowper Street and the Bucketts Way are monitored at Gloucester and Stroud.
The Pacific Highway covering Coopernook, Dumaresq Island, Johns River, Cundletown and Moorland also has a camera posted.
A total of 384 locations have been chosen to add mobile speed cameras in January as part of the NSW Speed Camera Strategy.
