In partnership with the Manning River Times, Great Lakes Advocate, Wingham Chronicle and Gloucester Advocate, the competition asked entrants to snap a photo and write a caption that represents ‘Togetherness’.
The competiton winners, including the People’s Choice Award, will be announced at the Together Day event, Thursday January 19, 10am to 2pm on at the Community Centre, Breese Parade, Forster.

"Togetherness is when friendship crosses the barriers of age, ability, wealth and gender. It's seeing people as people, not as labels. This is one of my favourite photos representing 'togetherness' because the power of the peer group and being 'cool' is so strong for a teenage boy - but those influences didn't affect this lovely kid who was happy to help my 6 year old in a game.
