Between 9.30am and 11.30 members will be serving sweet pancakes and bottomless cups of tea or coffee in the Presbyterian Church hall in Albert Street, Taree at a cost of $10.
There will be a trading table and a display of novelty tea cosies for sale.
The club concluded 2016 with two functions, a luncheon at the home of member and newly appointed Zone 4 representative Genie Williams and the Christmas street stall, both of which were successful financially.
Twenty five people enjoyed the luncheon with the main course prepared by Genie and her son John and dessert supplied by members. This was followed by a carol singalong.
The street stall was well patronised as usual with home cooking, jams and pickles selling out fast.
The club is indebted to member Lyn Macinnis who is responsible for most of the cooking and all the jams and pickles.
The Australian Branch of the British Red Cross Society was established on August 13, 1914, nine days after the outbreak of World War I.
