Fregate Island Private has purchased the 38 footer as a transfer vessel taking passengers to and from the island to the mainland.
It will also be used for game fishing and dive charters and general sightseeing cruises.
The vessel's hull has been painted a unique Jade Mist Green, the resort's new 2017 livery.
The resort purchased its first Steber back in 1999, a 43ftr, and along with a 38 ftr, continues as part of the fleet.
The Seychelles Islands are located in the Indian Ocean, North East of Madagascar and about 1600km east of Kenya. The archipelago consists of 115 islands.
The new addition to the Fregate fleet is being trans-shipped to the island nation and is due to arrive late November.
