Three youth, under the age of 18, were arrested in relation to the incidents.
One was refused bail.
Inspector Tony Power said the break-ins were made through slicing or removing fly-screens.
He said, it can be tempting to leave the windows and doors open as the weather heats up.
“If you need to keep them open, do it to a degree so they can’t be opened.”
“Police are reminding residents to always lock up their homes,” he added.
