This four day family friendly camping event offers plenty of live entertainment on a picturesque river front property situated on the Nowendoc River at Caffreys Flat (west of Wingham).
The party is a unique event limited to 250 adults to keep a cool and intimate atmosphere.
Longview Farm Party has been an annual event for more than 15 years and during this time it has attracted some of the best acts in the country and abroad.
Joe Walsh (The Eagles), The Angels, Ian Moss, The Black Sorrows, The Radiators, The Moving Pictures and Kevin Borich Express have all played at Longview.
And this years farm party is shaping up to be one of the best.
As well as Mental As Anything entertainment will also include Continental Robert Blues Party with their hit song Soul Kind of Feeling, one of Australia’s most prestigious blues bands Foreday Riders, the ultimate party band Steve Edmonds, Peter Pik who has been touring Europe for the past few months and much more.
There is plenty of space to camp with either a tent or caravan to enjoy the river frontage. An amenities block with flushing toilets and hot showers on site too.
There is a massive waterslide to keep the kids happy all day long and a mobile coffee van to keep the adults happy. The Mount George Rural Fire Service will hold a fundraiser barbecue all weekend, NRL will be on the big screen and there is also a massive fireworks show planned, yoga (BYO yoga mats), drumming workshop and belly dancing workshop.
The river is right there for swimming and if you take your own kayak you can kayak during the daytime.
Longview Farm Party 2016 is a four day camping event running from Friday September 30 to Monday October 3.

What to take
Campers will need to take all the comforts they require such as tent, gas stove, esky, camping chair etc.
The camping is unpowered. Fresh water is available as well as hot water for short showers and washing up. You’ll also have to take food and refreshments. There will be fresh hot coffee and snacks available.
The nearest store is a 45-minute drive away at Wingham.
