The always popular Live’n’Loud at the library provides a platform for young local performers to showcase their talents and develop confidence in performing to an audience. And as an initiative of the Manning Youth Action Team (MYAT), it offers an outstanding line-up of musicians and a great night of entertainment not to be missed.
This year’s final event will feature a mix of new and regular acts, as well as an open mic session for those who want to get up and perform in front of their mates.
Music-lovers of all ages are invited to come along, and for a gold coin donation, enjoy some great music and soak up the atmosphere as the library is transformed from 6pm to 9pm into a unique live entertainment venue.
MidCoast Council youth engagement officer Russell Ingram said, “Live’n’Loud is an exciting event that draws a great crowd.”
“It’s incredible to see the breadth of talent from teenagers in our region, and the way the event has evolved into a professionally organised night of entertainment.”
“What makes next Tuesday’s event even more exciting is that it’s a lead-in for the Amplify Youth Stage at the Wingham Akoostik Festival in October, where for the first time selected Live’n’Loud performers will take to the stage on opening night,” added Russell.
Entertainment kicks off at 6pm, Tuesday August 30 at Taree Library.
