Carol Holland has donated six models to the centre, which she has made using paper mache, wooden frames and fur.
The models include sheep, goats and a beautiful white llama.
The new woolly additions are causing quite a stir with visitors to the craft centre.
The models are very life-like, and look right at home amongst the colourful knitted blankets, scarves and hats.
Carol’s amazing animals can be viewed at Taree Craft Cottage, on the corner of High and Pulteney streets, Taree, or at the Taree North Gift Shop in the Tourist Information Centre complex.
Taree Craft Centre is a not-for-profit group which promotes local craft people and their handmade handicrafts. It’s open from 9.30am to 3.30pm on weekdays and 9.30am to 12.30pm on Saturday.
