Including a new category, Excellence in Trades, the awards shine a spotlight on local businesses of all shapes and sizes in the Manning, Great Lakes and Gloucester region.
Manning Valley Business Chamber president Jeremy Thornton said the categories this year have changed a little with some rationalisation in some areas and the exciting new addition with trades.
“This is an area that encompasses a lot of local business and we feel opens up the awards to more of the community,” Mr Thornton said.
The awards are the window to representation at regional at state awards with a number of local businesses representing the area at higher levels over the past years.
“We have some of the most innovative and passionate business people and it is great to see them showcase our area on a bigger stage,”Mr Thornton said.
Entries are open until 5pm on Friday June 10 with the gala dinner at Taree-Wingham Race Club on Friday night July 1.
