The club's strip was unveiled as was the club's mascot, Marty the Mustang.
Club spokesman Craig McLaughlin described the launch and the Swans Super Clinic attended by Sydney Swans stars Luke Parker and Lewis Melican as 'an outstanding success.'
"We would have had 70 kids running around here on Sunday,'' he said.
The club is aiming to field at least two teams in the Mid North Coast competition this year - under 11s and 13s, while Auskick, the introductory program to the sport, will be held each Sunday at the Johnny Martin Oval. Auskick is for juniors aged 5 to 12.
The club will have three come and try days, two at the Martin Oval and one at Lakes Street at Forster, before the start of the competition proper. The first will be at the Martin Oval on Sunday February 21, with the second at Lake Street on March 5 and the final at the Martin Oval on March 20.
Craig said the club appears to be on track with registrations for the two teams, although numbers hadn't been finalised when he spoke to the Times.
The club's colours are purple, sky blue and white. Manning also hosted a function for the club sponsors on Monday night.
