In an announcement via Instagram on Monday, Macpherson said the couple had an intimate ceremony last week in Noosa, Queensland.
"Proud to say that Zoe and I were married last Thursday in a small celebration, surrounded by family, friends and lots of love," he wrote in a caption.
"It's been a beautiful few days. We couldn't be happier."
The pair met on the set of the 2011 Channel Seven show Wild Boys and announced their engagement last December.
Ventoura is best known for playing Mel Rafter in Packed to the Rafters, while MacPherson shot to fame with the role of Joel Samuels on Neighbours.
Macpherson recently finished filming SFv1, a futuristic Australian flick due to be released next year while Ventoura is set to appear in the newest Pirates of the Caribbean franchise.
In the black and white image posted by Macpherson, Ventoura wears a satin and lace bridal gown while the groom is wearing a checked suit and polka dot tie.
The former Neighbours star told The Project in May he had been living out of a suitcase for ten months, with the couple splitting time between Los Angeles and Australia.
