Yesterday surf club staff erected ‘Beach Closed’ signs following the sighting of three bull sharks, according to reports to the Manning River Times.
A Greater Taree City Council spokesperson advised that Taree Old Bar Surf Club officials would make ongoing decisions in relation to public access to the beach.
