Lucy took out the 11-year-old section and the open shortboard, where she beat her sister, Chelsea, who finished second.
Chelsea won the 15-years division.
Surfing was held in a light offshore winds with two to three foot waves. By noon on both days of the championship north east winds made conditions rather difficult but still contestable.
In all 85 competitors ranging from seven in the under 12 beginner girls caddy to 66 years old in over 55s.
To determine the champions the girls contested a total of 53 heats in two days with 10 different age and board divisions. Competitors travelled from as far as Queensland, Lennox Head, Coffs Harbour and Sydney's Northern Beaches to participate.
Mid North Coast surfer girls dominated in all 10 divisions indicating the standard of surfer girls emerging on the Mid North Coast.
Chelsea and Lucy were too strong for all other competitors in their respective shortboard age events and were competing against each other in the Black Square Surfboards Open Shortboard.
Lucy demonstrated power and agility in performing some outstanding manoeuvres in the tricky conditions.
