NSW Police advise that Hayley is aged 16, and was last seen by her mother at their home in Wingham about 3pm on Sunday, August 30, 2015.
Her family has not heard from her since, and there are concerns for her welfare.
Family and friends took to social media this week to broadcast their concerns about Hayley's welfare, saying "we have tried to contact her but have not had any luck" following her failure to arrive in Lowood in Queensland to visit a friend.
Hayley is described as being caucasian in appearance, about 155cm tall and a medium build. She has long hair which has recently been dyed red, and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a fluro-coloured top.
Police from Taree Police Station are making inquiries into Hayley's whereabouts.
Any information about Hayley's whereabouts should be reported to Taree Police on 6552 0399.
