2BOB Radio enjoyed a successful and busy Radiothon weekend, raising $3220 for the installation of solar power panels at their base on the corner of Wynter and Macquarie Streets.

Radiothon is the annual fundraiser held by the community station, where a whole week of programs are presented over the one weekend, starting on Friday August 28 and running all through the weekend until Sunday night, August 30, with lots of prizes and give aways up for grabs.
Members of the public and businesses are encouraged to call in and help financially support the station.
"We've very happy with what we gathered," 2BOB admin officer Belinda Roweth said.
"We'd like to thank all the businesses and people who donated their money."
