Logan Simms, Michael Slater and Jayden Clarke are three of the 200 students in NSW who will benefit from the scholarships, with 571 applicants in total from around the State.
Michael, a talented football player, is a role model for younger Aboriginal students at the school, according to staff at the school.
Logan is a talented dancer with a strong ambition to be a professional indigenous dancer.
Jayden is a representative sports player who often is in the top five or 10 students in his classes.
The three students were picked from a diverse pool of applicants which included students from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, students in crisis accommodation, students with a disability and students who are living away from their families.
The scholarships were presented by Kristie Burgess and Jo-Anne Allen from Family and Community Services Housing department.
Funds from the scholarships will go towards private tutoring, text books, computer equipment, course costs and more.
"I was pretty shocked when I heard I got it," said Logan.
"I'll be able to get the thing I've always wanted, like a decent laptop and Wi-Fi at home."
Logan said the scholarships were a huge help ahead of his Higher School Certificate studies.
"I was pretty nervous getting to year 12," he said.
"It'll definitely help me."
