The Blues prevailed 16-10 in a close contest at Wauchope and will now play Port City in the preliminary semi-final at Wauchope next Sunday.-
Forster-Tuncurry claimed fourth spot with a hard fought 30-28 win over Wingham at Wingham. These two teams will meet again next Saturday in the elimination semi-final. Wingham finished fifth after Old Bar defeated Taree City 24-22 at Old Bar. Had the Bulls won they would have been playing on Saturday.-
The pointscore reads: Port Macquarie 40, Wauchope 34, Port City 33, Forster-Tuncurry 29, Wingham 26, Taree City 24, Old Bar 24.-
Wauchope firmed as favourites for the reserve grade premiership with a strong 30-10 over second placed Port Macquarie.-
Old Bar sealed a top five berth by beating Taree City 34-24 while Wingham Tigers defeated Forster-Tuncurry 24-18 at Wingham.-
Wauchope finished minor premiers on 38 points from Port Macquarie on 37, Wingham 33, Old Bar 28, Forster-Tuncurry 26, Port City 26 and Taree City 22.-
In Saturday's elimination semi-final Forster-Tuncurry plays Old Bar while on Sunday Port Macquarie meets Wingham.-
Wauchope also finished minor premiers in the under 18s. The Blues had a last round 32-22 win over Port Macquarie while Old Bar were too strong for Taree City, winning 44-14. Forster-Tuncurry ended the competition-proper with a 46-14 defeat of Wingham.-

Wauchope finished minor premiers on 36 points with Port Macquarie on 33, Forster-Tuncurry 33, Old Bar 32, Port City 30, Taree City 26 and Wingham 18.-
Taree City's women's league tag side will be the club's only representatives in the semi-finals series. Taree accounted for Old Bar 20-8 in the last round game. In other matches Wauchope beat Port Macquarie 18-6 while minor premiers Forster-Tuncurry were too strong for Wingham, winning 44-4.-
Port City and Taree City meet in the elimination game on Saturday while Port Macquarie and Wauchope clash on Sunday in the preliminary semi.-
Forster-Tuncurry claimed the minor premiership on 38 points from Port City 35, Taree City 33, Port Macquarie 32, Wauchope 30, Old Bar 24 and Wingham 18.-
Games on both days next weekend are underway from 10.55 with the league tag. The under 18s kick off at 12.05 while reserve grade starts at 1.25 and first grade at 3pm.
