The official trophy tour stopped off at Netball NSW's State Age Championships as a part of the its plan to cover more than 25,000 kilometres in four-months, giving over 40,000 netballers the opportunity to get up close to netball's most prestigious prize.
As well as having their photo taken with the Trophy, they had the chance to meet Nettie - the official mascot of NWC2015, send a postcard message to the Diamonds, enjoy the Trophy Tour playlist and the opportunity to take part in a range of activities and giveaways thanks to NWC2015.
The Netball World Cup is returning to Australian shores for the first time in 24 years, and will be held in Sydney with the opening day on Friday August 7, with competition for ten consecutive days through to the gold medal match which will take place at Allphones Arena on Sunday, August 16.
Featuring 192 of the world's best netballers taking the court for 64 Netball World Cup matches, this will be an international event not to be missed.
