This soccer organisation collects unwanted and unused team strips, soccer boots, shin pads and other soccer apparel to be distributed to less fortunate communities both in Australia and internationally.

The club will collect gear from families and players, package it up and send it to Melbourne, where it is distributed to the less fortunate in areas such as far northern Australia and the Pacific Islands.

The club received three sets of bibs for supporting the foundation, with members gathering for their inaugural drop on Saturday, June 20.

Club secretary Jason Ryan said the club was, "100 per cent on board" with the effort.

"It's great to be able to help out," he said.

The club holds its monthly meeting on the first Monday of every month from 7pm at the clubhouse Bob Collier Oval Tinonee.

All members are encouraged to attend and new members and visitors are always welcome.
