Wingham kept their top five hopes alive with a last gasp 28-24 result over Old Bar at Wingham. Former Newcastle Knight Robbie O'Davis made a guest appearance with the Tigers, but lasted only five minutes after injuring a rib cartilage.-
Port City flexed some muscle when accounting for Wauchope 32-8 in the remaining game.-
Port leads the competition on 30 points from Wauchope on 22, Port City 21, Taree City 20, Forster-Tuncurry and Wingham on 18 and Old Bar on 17.-
In reserve grade Old Bar continued Wingham's recent lean run with an upset 22-14 win. Port Macquarie accounted for Taree City 32-16 while Wauchope defeated Port City 23-14.-
Port Macquarie leads on 27 points with Wauchope second on 26, Wingham 23, Forster-Tuncurry 21, Old Bar 17 while Taree City and Port City are on 16.-
Competition leaders Wauchope proved too strong for Port City in under 18s, winning 32-4. Old Bar overwhelmed Wingham 54-10 while Port Macquarie accounted for Taree City 26-18.-
Wauchope leads the way on 26 points from Port Macquarie 23 and Port City 23, Forster-Tuncurry 21, Old Bar and Taree City 20 and Wingham 12.-
Taree City's league tag side scored the club's only win over the day at Port Macquarie when downing the Sharks 13-12 in a thriller.-
Old Bar were too strong for Wingham, winning 28-0 while Port City edged out Wauchope 4-0 in a tight match.-
Forster-Tuncurry now lead the way on 25 points with Port City and Port Macquarie on 24 and Taree City 22. Wauchope has 20, Old Bar 19 and Wingham 12.-
The first week of the split round will be played on Saturday with Old Bar hosting Wauchope while Port City meets Forster-Tuncurry at Port Macquarie.-
On Saturday July 11 Taree City meets Wingham while on Sunday July 12 Old Bar and Forster-Tuncurry at Old Bar in a gam deferred from week six.
