Trembath said after the final training session on Wednesday that the team was looking "pretty formidable."
"We're relatively confident without being cocky," he said.
The game will be held at Coffs Harbour, and with downpours predicted for the Mid North Coast, both teams will have to play wet weather footy, something which suits the big men of the Group Three Team.
"Without giving too much away, we want to play it through the middle, and then see what happens," said Trembath.
Trembath, who coached the representative side last year as well, said there was plenty of new faces in the 2015 team.
"We've got a good mix of new faces and experience," he said.
He nominated forwards Matt Kirkland, Mitch Fowler, Matt Shipway and hooker Joey Cudmore as key players for Group Three.
Players from Group Three and Group Two will be looking to earn selection in the North Coast side to contest in the country championships later this year.
The game will kick off at Geoff King Motors Oval at 3.45pm, weather permitting.
