PORT Macquarie Sharks continued their strong start to the season, beating the Taree City Bulls 42-28 in a high scoring affair in first grade.

Other top grade results included the Wauchope Blues defeating Port City Breakers 22-14 and the Wingham Tigers defeating Old Bar Beach Pirates 32-14.
In reserve grade the Sharks mauled the Bulls 48-10 and the Blues did likewise to the Breakers 54-10.
The Tigers kept the high scores coming, beating the Pirates 38-16.
In 18 1/2 grade the Breakers edged out the Blues 18-10, the Sharks squeezed out the Bulls 24-16, and the Pirates smashed the Tigers 40-8.
In the women's league tag, Wauchope defeated Port City 10-6 and Port Macquarie beat Taree City in a tight affair, 10-8.
Old Bar Beach smashed Wingham 44-0.
