Take-away rubbish was scattered everywhere around the popular space. While two large Greater Taree City Council provided bins remained untouched, and seemingly unopened.
Greater Taree City Council was contacted early this morning by the Manning River Times, they promptly addressed the issue.
"We have contacted our parks team and they have advised that this will be cleaned up today," a spokesperson of Greater Taree City Council said.
