Todd Curtis, Josh Bithrey and Sam Halloran all return after missing the opening round win against Camden Haven at Laurieton.
"I might give them a run in reserve grade so they can get the feel of the game,'' Sedlen said.
However, Sedlen won't be making any changes to his starting X1 after their impressive first up effort against the Redbacks last Saturday at Laurieton.
Sedlen said it is important that the Wildcats build from their first round victory.
"It's good to get early wins on the board,'' he noted.
"That saves us from playing catch-up later in the season.''
Sedlen admits he couldn't have expected more from his squad against the traditionally tough Camden Haven.
To make matters even better, Taree made it through the game without any injury problems.
The Wildcats and Tigers have met once this year in an FFA Cup played in February. This ended in a 2-2 draw in what Sedlen said was a physical encounter.
However, Sedlen added it's impossible to draw a line of form through that game.
"We'll have a completely different team this week from then,'' he said.
He said the Wildcats have been working hard on a new structure at training victually since training started in January.
"It's coming into place,'' he added.
"All we need now is a bit of match fitness.''
Tuncurry-Forster lost 4-2 to Port Saints in the club's return to the premier league last week.
However, it has been reported that the club was without a number of key players and the Tigers hope to be closer to full strength tomorrow.
In other premier league matches tomorrow Camden Haven hosts Wallis Lake, Port United is at home to Macleay Rangers and Kempsey Saints and Port Saints meet at Kempsey.
Wallis Lake, the defending premiers, began their title defence in an impressive manner when beaten last year's grand finalists, Port United in the opening round.
Kempsey Saints also played some good football when beating Old Bar, although the winning goal didn't come until the final minute of the encounter.
OLD Bar will have to improve their passing game and work more as a unit if they are to trouble Port FC in tomorrow's Football Mid North Coast Premier League clash at Old Bar on Saturday.
That's the assessment of Old Bar coach Anthony Beckett.
He was generally happy with the Barbarians despite losing the first round encounter to Kempsey Saints 3-2.
"I wasn't pleased that we gave away two goals from corners and even less pleased that the second came in the last minute of play,'' Beckett said.
"But it was a pretty good effort. Kempsey are going to be one of the better sides in the competition this year.''
The Barbarians also had an unsettled preparation, with the side unable to train at the Trad Complex as it was too wet. The game was finally switched from Old Bar to Kempsey last Friday.
Beckett assures there's no such issues this week.
"Everyone was there on Tuesday night for training and we had a good run,'' he said.
He was pleased with the form of Cameron Brunton, who was named Saltwater Wine players' player while goal keeper Adam Lydiate and Miles Thorton were also strong. Now he hopes the Barbarians can come away with some winning points tomorrow. Port started the year with a 3-3 draw against Rangers.
Tomorrow's game was transferred from Port Macquarie to Old Bar by Football Mid North Coast as the Port fields are unavailable.
