The meeting of council considered the motion that sought to review council's Open Space Strategy 2011, the Open Space Improvement Plan at a councillor workshop, a review of each park/reserve nominated for disposal, and the design of a comprehensive community engagement process.
The motion was defeated six votes to three, with councillors Epov, Bell and Keegan supporting the motion.
